A reservation is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us stating the vehicle, chauffeur timing and rate. Quoted rates are valid for the date and itinerary specified.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They apply to every reservation made with Montreal Black Cars Limo.
Wait time
Airport arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time on domestic flights and 60 minutes on international flights, measured from actual touchdown. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments.
Conduct and vehicle care
Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle are prohibited under Quebec law. Clients are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their party, billed at cost.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected trip.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless you hold a corporate account on approved terms. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer and cash on request.
