Please read these terms carefully. They apply to every reservation made with Montreal Black Cars Limo.
We collect only what a reservation requires: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details where relevant, and any special requests you provide. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Your information is used to dispatch your chauffeur, confirm your reservation, issue receipts and contact you about your trip. Corporate account holders may also receive monthly trip reporting.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Details are shared only with the assigned chauffeur, our payment processor and, where legally required, competent authorities.
Trip records are retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by Quebec and Canadian law, then securely deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate your booking.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us by phone or email.
