Cancellation windows
Sedan and SUV reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup. Executive Sprinter, wedding and event bookings require 72 hours' notice.

Refund Policy
Please read these terms carefully. They apply to every reservation made with Montreal Black Cars Limo.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations inside the applicable window, and no-shows where the chauffeur has arrived and waited the included time, are billed at the full trip rate.
Service issues
If a trip is not delivered to the standard we promise, contact us within 7 days. Verified service failures are refunded in full or credited against a future booking, at your choice.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Corporate accounts receive a credit note on the next monthly invoice.
