Point-to-point transfers are quoted as a flat rate based on distance, vehicle class and time of day. As-directed work is billed hourly with a minimum, typically two to three hours. Your quote includes tolls and taxes, with the gratuity policy stated in writing before you confirm.

By default your chauffeur waits curbside at the arrivals level and calls you once you land. If you select the greeter option, the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal at the baggage claim exit with a name board and assists with luggage.

Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup. Sprinters, wedding and event bookings require 72 hours' notice. Cancellations inside those windows are billed at the full trip rate.

Yes. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available at no additional charge — just note the ages of the children when you book so we install the correct seat before pickup.
